Working at TeamO
TeamO Digital Solutions is based in Ibadan, Oyo State. Our work splits into two kinds of job. On-site records teams sort, scan, key in and vet archives for universities, hospitals and professional bodies. Software teams design, build and maintain the web systems those organisations run on every day.
Much of what we build is live and in daily use: records archives for University of Ibadan departments and the West African College of Physicians, member platforms for church and student fellowships, and inventory, sales and monitoring systems for agribusinesses. New team members work on real client systems, not practice projects.
Records and Field Roles
Document sorting and arrangement, scanning, data entry and vetting on client premises. These roles suit careful, detail-oriented people who can handle confidential records responsibly.
Software and IT Roles
Web development (mainly PHP/Laravel and Python), database work, AI integration, IT support and networking. These roles suit people who enjoy solving practical problems for real users.
