Overview

A congregational management and engagement platform for NKST Makurdi Central Church, live at nkstmkdcentral.teamoranch.com — a social-feed-style landing page for the Pastor's messages, role-based dashboards for ward leadership, and ward-based member organisation across all 9 wards.

The Problem

NKST Makurdi Central Church is organised across 9 wards — Ankpa, Ankpa-Quarters, Central, Demekpe, Modern-Market, Wadata, Makondo/Madikpo, Garden of Eden, and Makurdi West — each with its own leadership structure (Ortamen, Diakon, Orhemen) and members, but had no digital platform connecting the congregation. The Pastor had no way to reach members with messages or announcements outside physical services, ward leaders had no tools to manage their wards, and members had no shared space to engage with church content between gatherings.

Our Solution

TeamO built a PHP/MySQL congregational platform with a social-feed-style landing page where the Pastor posts messages, YouTube-integrated videos, and announcements that members can like and comment on; role-based dashboards for Pastor, Treasurer, and ward leadership (Ortamen, Diakon, Orhemen) to manage their respective wards; ward-based member organisation across all 9 wards; and visitor analytics with Google Analytics integration. It is installable as a progressive web app for quick home-screen access.

Technologies Used

PHP MySQL JavaScript

Results

Live in production at nkstmkdcentral.teamoranch.com, giving the Pastor, ward leadership, and members across all 9 wards a shared digital home — replacing announcement-only Sunday services with an always-on social feed, ward-level leadership tools, and member engagement through likes and comments.
