Northbrook Elementary School — Website & School Management System
School Systems
Northbrook Elementary School
Public Website
The public website introduces the school and links parents, teachers and pupils to their portals.
Overview
A complete nursery and primary school website and management system for Northbrook Elementary School, live at northbrook.teamodigitalsolutions.com — public website, admissions, academics, fees, communication and HR in one platform, with separate portals for parents, teachers, students and staff.
The Problem
Northbrook needed more than a brochure website. Admissions, attendance, results and report cards, school fees, parent communication, safe pickup of children, and staff records all needed to live in one place, with administrators, teachers, parents, pupils and staff each seeing only what they are allowed to see.
Our Solution
TeamO built a Laravel 12 and Livewire platform covering Creche through Primary 6: a branded public website with admissions enquiries, news, events and a gallery; academic structure, attendance, results and report cards; fees, invoicing and payment records; parent–teacher messaging, announcements and emergency alerts; pickup authorisation and visitor logs; medical records, development tracking, transport routes, and a digital learning centre with homework submission and grading; and an HR module covering staff records, attendance, leave, performance reviews, payroll records and staff self-service. Separate portals serve parents, teachers, students and staff, with role-based permissions throughout, and the school manages its own name, logo, colours and content from the admin dashboard.
