Overview
A monitoring & evaluation platform for TeamO Ranch's VSLA (Village Savings and Loan Association) outreach programme, live at vsla.teamoranch.com — tracking group performance, input deliveries, and field officer visits across the cocoa, goat, and palm oil value chains.
The Problem
TeamO Ranch's outreach programme working with VSLA groups across cocoa, goat, and palm oil value chains had no way to track group health, input deliveries, or field officer visits across multiple states, LGAs, and communities. Group performance, delivery records, and monitoring visits were tracked manually, with no early-warning system to flag groups needing attention or measure field officer performance against targets.
Our Solution
TeamO built a Laravel M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) platform tracking VSLA groups by state, LGA, and community, income-generating-activity category (cocoa, goat, palm), and status (active, attention, critical); delivery records per category (fungicide, insecticide, herbicide, and sprayers for cocoa; male/female head counts for goats; litres for palm oil); monitoring visit logging; an alerts system flagging groups that need attention; and field-officer-specific views so officers see only their assigned groups, with role-based access distinguishing project managers from field officers.

Results
Live in production at vsla.teamoranch.com, currently tracking 29 VSLA groups and 4,350 litres of palm oil delivered, with monitoring visits, alerts, and estimated income generated all tracked centrally — replacing manual tracking with a single dashboard for group performance and field officer activity across the programme.
