Overview
A white-label rating and recommendation widget any website can embed to collect authentic feedback and analyse performance, live at website-rating.teamodigitalsolutions.com — a central dashboard for managing ratings across multiple sites.
The Problem
Websites wanting to collect visitor ratings and recommendations had no simple way to add a feedback widget without building the collection, storage, and reporting infrastructure themselves, and no single place to manage and compare ratings across more than one site.
Our Solution
TeamO built a CodeIgniter rating and recommendation dashboard with a universal API: each registered website gets its own API key, and an embeddable JavaScript widget (or a standalone HTML widget for quick testing) collects star ratings, a yes/no recommendation, and optional feedback text through a single REST endpoint. The admin dashboard aggregates results per website with real-time statistics — average rating, recommendation percentage, rating distribution, and ratings-over-time charts — CSV export of raw ratings, and website management (add, edit, delete, and API key regeneration), secured behind a password-protected admin panel.

Live in production at website-rating.teamodigitalsolutions.com, currently tracking 4 registered websites with a 4.45/5 average rating and a 97.96% recommendation rate across ratings collected so far — a single dashboard in place of separate feedback collection for each site.
